Have a Return or Need a Repair?


  1. Complete this request and submit to Braas for review.
  2. You will be notified within 3 – 5 business days of any potential credit and will be provided with an RMA #.
  3. Only products with an approved RMA # may be returned for credit (an RMA # is valid for 30 days from date of issue).
  4. Credit is issued only after receipt and favorable inspection.

If you are submitting a request for repair, we will contact you for payment or refund information as necessary. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for assessment and processing.
